League Mailing List Information
Our league mailing lists are used on an opt-in/opt-outbasis. Generally, managers areregistered to the mailing list at the time of hire by the commissioner.
If you change your e-mail address at any time, it is themanager’s responsibility to update their information in the ‘Change ManagerInformation’ option in the ‘Manager Information’ Utility. This will update your information in theleague database. You must also updateit in the league mailing list or you will not receive league e-mailings.
All requests for changes to the mailing list are ‘pending’until approved by the league commissioner. If you request a new e-mail address to be added to the list (through thelinks below) and it is not done within a couple of days – please contact thecommissioner.
A few notes about the league mailing list:
- You MUST manually remove yourself from the list upon resignation from the league or you will continue to get the league e-mails.
- Only members on the mailing list can send e-mails to the list. So if you have a 2nd e-mail address and it is not on the list – you can not use it to e-mail the league. This also means that you are only authorized to e-mail YOUR league (not both) unless specifically granted access to both lists.
- Any e-mail sent to the league is sent to the commissioner (so no need to cc: the commissioner).
- Any abuse of the mailing list will result in immediate removal from the leagues.
NOTE: The mailing listsare meant for league related e-mails only. Any advertising of other leagues, or non-league issues should beapproved prior to sending or you risk being terminated from the leagues.
